Ryder is a sorcerer who rules the town of adventure bay with an iron fist. Anytime something goes wrong, the citizens know his minions, the Paw Patrol, must be summoned. These dogs are actually the root causes of these town issues, but even the mayor knows she must play Ryder’s game to keep the peace, lest she herself be turned into an animal, like her husband/chicken.
